Welcome to BudgetBakers. The following text serves as an abridged overview of the key points of our Terms and Conditions, which govern the relationship between you and us when using our Wallet application and related Services. By using our Services, you agree to these rules.
About the Service
The Wallet Service is used for recording expenses, planning budgets, analyzing income and expenses with the aim of overall improving your financial health. It is important to realize that the records in the application serve only for your orientation, calculations in the Service are a mathematical aid.
Account and Registration
For full use of the Services, it is necessary to create a User Account. It is your responsibility to protect your login credentials and password; you bear full responsibility for activities on your account. The application can only be used by Persons who are at least 15 years old.
Permitted Use
The Service is intended for standard personal or internal corporate use. You commit that you will not abuse the Service, or use it for illegal activities or harassment of other Users. At the same time, we point out that we do not provide financial advice. Our tools provide you with data, overviews, and analyses, but we do not provide investment, tax, or other advice. All financial decisions that you make based on our data are exclusively at your own responsibility.
Privacy and Data
Your privacy is important to us. All information that you insert into the application (such as your expenses and income) belongs exclusively to you and we use it only to ensure the functioning of the application. We handle your data according to strict GDPR security rules and never pass it to third parties without your explicit consent.
Data Imports
Our Service allows the import of data from external sources through advanced automated imports. This Service is governed by specific conditions that must be accepted.
Subscription and Payments
The basic version of the application may be free, but we also offer paid Premium features. Subscriptions are usually paid monthly or annually and automatic renewal occurs until you cancel it yourself. If you decide to terminate the Subscription, you can do so at any time in the settings of your phone (Apple App Store or Google Play), ideally at least 24 hours before the next renewal. Since payments are processed directly by Apple or Google, the rules of these companies for payment cancellation or trial periods are applied. All complaints and requests for money refunds due to application malfunction reasons must be resolved directly with us.
Service Availability
We provide the Service on the principle of "as is" and "as available". Although we do our best to ensure everything works flawlessly, we provide no guarantees regarding continuous availability, accuracy of data, or absence of errors. We do not bear responsibility for potential indirect damages, loss of data, or lost profit arising in connection with the use or unavailability of the Service.
Governing Law
All legal relationships resulting from the use of the Service are governed by the legal order of the Czech Republic. In case of disputes, we will always try to find a common solution by an amicable way. If it were not possible, disputes would be decided by the competent courts in the Czech Republic.
