Envestnet | Yodlee provides the technical data aggregation platform that enables BudgetBakers to retrieve financial data from banks and financial institutions worldwide.
Service Description
Yodlee provides a technical platform that connects to your financial institution's systems to retrieve account information and transaction history. The service operates in read-only mode — it cannot initiate payments or modify data at your bank. Yodlee does not provide financial, investment, or tax advice.
Your Obligations
By using the AIS service powered by Yodlee, you agree to:
- Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Not misuse, interfere with, or reverse-engineer the service
- Maintain the security of your device and credentials
- Connect only your own accounts or those you are authorized to access
Consent & Data Access
Yodlee accesses your financial data only with your explicit authorization. You control which accounts are connected and can revoke access at any time by disconnecting the bank account in the BudgetBakers application.
Service Availability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. Availability depends on the cooperation of third-party financial institutions and their technical systems. Yodlee is not responsible for downtime, data delays, or inaccuracies originating from your bank.
Limitation of Liability
Yodlee's liability is limited as specified in the full terms. They are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
Intellectual Property
All technology, software, and content provided by Yodlee remain the intellectual property of Envestnet | Yodlee. Users receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the service through BudgetBakers.
Governing Law
Yodlee's terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in San Mateo County, California.
