AI-Powered Software Operator

We're looking for a senior colleague who can navigate the full stack with AI tools — primarily Claude Code — and ship across the entire codebase. Not another developer. An operator.
What You'll Do
- Work in IDE + terminal with Claude Code as your primary tool
- Pick up tasks across projects and technologies — backend in Go today, React frontend tomorrow, mobile app next week
- Navigate ~40 existing repositories, read and understand others' code, grasp architecture, implement changes
- Write and maintain CLAUDE.md files, prompt templates, and contextual docs for AI agents
- Configure and use MCP servers (GitLab, monitoring, databases)
- Review AI-generated code — understand it, fix it, ensure quality
- Propose ways to better integrate AI tools across the stack
- Collaborate directly with the CTO on technical decisions and architecture
Must Have
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, or similar) — not "tried it once," someone who lives with it
- Ability to read and understand code across multiple languages — no need to be an expert in Scala or Go, but you must grasp architecture and deliver a solid code review
- Strong software engineering fundamentals — API design, databases, versioning, CI/CD, testing
- Self-direction and independent judgment — fully remote, nobody looking over your shoulder
- Communication in Czech (daily team collaboration) and English (code, docs, prompts)
Nice to Have
- Experience with our stack: Go, Kotlin, React TypeScript, Swift, Scala, Python
- Knowledge of fintech, banking APIs, or offline-first architectures
- Your own CLAUDE.md, AI workflow dotfiles, or open-source projects with AI-assisted development
- Experience with prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, or MCP protocol

- 15 years in a single technology
- A CS degree
- Someone who "always did it the old way"
